Joel, I haven’t heard of OLAT. It looks like a rich environment. Are there any hosting services supporting OLAT? The 2-4 gigs of Ram needed seem like a barrier, but as ram gets cheaper that should go away.

I work for the university of zurich, we installed OLAT on our own servers so there is no limitation here
I dont know about the RAM usage, there are also servers with OLAT running on it with only 512MB RAM. the more RAM the more concurrent users you can serve. but maybe you should check with one of the companies providing support for OLAT, eg. with Frentix. check this link for more information:
