UW-Stout: Good Training Opens Doors

There is a growing interest and enrollment in online classes at Community Colleges. it makes sense, CC’s work with adults who are striving to learn while working in a job oriented world. It’s not just about students working to get to the University, it’s about providing education that fits into a busy world. CC’s have been ahead of the universities in many cases for years. Market forces make online classes a natural fit for CCs. Since quality online learning takes true teaching art, I suspect that those with training as an online instructor combined with the subject matter expertise that comes with a masters’s degree will crack a tough market and find new jobs as online adjuncts.
