Description:

Responsible for the development, revision, and ongoing maintenance of the public and internal websites, including course management system and other standard business applications. Work with stakeholders to develop organization-wide training and communication materials, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of software applications and programs, systems, devices, procedures and methods to determine if business needs are being met. Develop system integration strategies and processes for organizational tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Educational Technology, Computer Science or other related field At least 2 years of related work experience with educational technology, customer support and/or web development Familiarity with desktop software applications, operating systems, web applications and hardware from a web and online learning development standpoint and as a user or technical support person.
