We are seeking a passionate advocate for student achievement to serve as the Guidance Counselor of Keystone National High School, an online, private school providing high quality education to middle and high school students. In this position you will utilize leadership, advocacy and collaboration to promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to student needs through the implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and person/social development for all students. You will assist in the enrollment process, ensure student engagement and advise students on progress and future planning for post high school.

The successful candidate will be state certified as a School Counselor. A minimum of 1-3 years experience as a school counselor is required, 5+ years is preferred. A passion for student success is critical. Ability to function as part of a team with administrator, teachers and others is a must. Experience in distance learning and educational technology is preferred.
