UW-Stout: Good Training Opens the Door to Your Future

Gifted LearningLinks is the online distance-learning program of the Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Northwestern University.

We currently offer over 100 courses to students in grades three to twelve, including enrichment, honors and AP®. The North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI) accredit CTD as a Nonpublic Supplementary school. Our AP courses have all been authorized by the College Board.

Our Honors/AP courses are offered to academically talented sixth through twelfth graders. The courses are created and delivered by the instructor using a “facilitated independent study” model. Students have nine months in which to complete their course, but may accelerate the process.

We are currently looking for part-time online instructors who have subject matter expertise and certification in the following courses:
• AP US History
• AP Economics: Macroeconomics and Microeconomics
• AP Human Geography
• US History Honors
• Economics Honors
